First, let’s talk about the eligibility requirements to apply for the Freedom Gold Card. Thus, you must prove your identity and U.S. citizenship.

Simple, right? So, to access the Freedom Gold website, you’ll see the two-questions application form right on the first page. This is the first step.

Provide your e-mail and ZIP code, and you’ll receive further information to activate your card.

There is no credit check, so don’t worry about that three-digit-number.

However, you must provide a credit card or bank account to pay for your monthly subscription and shipping fees.

Indeed, you and the Freedom Gold Card administrators will communicate via electronic mail. There is no mobile app available.

Therefore, apply using the website instructions and keep an eye on your email so you don’t miss any payment dates.

Freedom Gold Card or First Progress Platinum Prestige Mastercard® Secured Credit Card?

As we mentioned before in our Freedom Gold Card review, this card will not build your credit because it is not issued by a credit organization.
